This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for all MyWebSpace products, including MudraOS and Saraswati OS. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees as shown on our website or checkout page. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
- Payments are accepted through UPI, cards, net banking and other methods offered by our payment gateway, and by bank transfer for custom projects.
- AI Credits for MudraOS are purchased on mywebspace.in.
- An invoice or receipt is emailed for every payment.
2. Refunds at a glance

| Monthly or yearly plan | Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment and no more than 150 AI Credits have been used; the plan is deactivated once the refund is initiated. After that, cancel any time to stop the next renewal; the current period is not refunded, except as required by law. |
| Setup, implementation or custom project | Advance is refundable in full if cancelled before work starts. After work starts, you pay for work completed; the rest of any advance is refunded. |
| Hardware supplied by us (for example, cameras or trackers) | Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Not refundable after installation, except for a defect reported within 7 days of installation. |

3. When we always refund
- Payment taken, nothing delivered: your money was debited but the credits, plan or service were not added within 48 hours.
- Duplicate payment: you were charged twice for the same purchase.
- Service we could not provide: we cancel a paid service ourselves for reasons other than your breach of our Terms.
In these cases we refund the amount in full.
4. How to request a refund
Email admin@mywebspace.in with the subject “Refund”, your registered email or mobile number, the transaction ID or invoice number, and the reason. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show the credit.
6. Cancellation
- Plans: cancel from your account settings or by email. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Projects: cancel by written notice to admin@mywebspace.in. Section 2 applies to amounts already paid.
- By us: we may cancel or suspend a service under our Terms & Conditions, for example for non-payment or misuse. If we cancel for reasons other than your breach, section 3 applies.
7. Payment failures and chargebacks
If money is debited but the transaction fails, it is usually reversed by your bank or the gateway within 5 to 7 working days. If not, contact us with the transaction ID and we will help. Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Price changes
We may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not affect purchases already completed or AI Credits already in your account.

GST: MyWebSpace is not registered under GST, as its turnover is below the registration threshold, so no GST is charged on our prices. If we register in future, applicable GST will be shown at checkout and on invoices.
Products covered by our policies: MudraOS, Saraswati OS, Smart Teacher, Naata, and any other product, module, app or service that MyWebSpace offers now or in future (including Business OS and MaxMedia). Where a product has its own Addendum, that Addendum applies in addition to these policies; if they conflict, the Addendum prevails for that product.
