information and business information when you access or use MudraOS, the MyWebSpace Business Operating System,
related account services, website, dashboards, applications, APIs, integrations, and other services directly related to MudraOS.

MudraOS is designed to process business information provided by customers.
MyWebSpace does not claim ownership of customer business data.

Business information is processed for providing the agreed MudraOS Services unless otherwise authorized by the customer or required by law.
17. ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA DELETION
Users may request deletion of their MudraOS account and associated customer data.
An account deletion option is available within the account experience. A web-based account deletion resource is also provided so that users can submit a deletion request without relying solely on the installed application.
When an account is deleted, MyWebSpace will delete the account and associated customer data maintained by MyWebSpace, subject to information that must or may legitimately be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, regulatory or backup purposes.
Information temporarily retained in secure backups may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires, after which it will be deleted or overwritten according to our retention practices.
18. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
MudraOS is intended primarily for businesses, professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable laws.

19. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
MyWebSpace may send communications relating to product updates, service announcements, maintenance notifications, newsletters, educational resources, product launches, promotional offers and important legal updates.
