This policy covers who owns what, and how our products may be used. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. What we own
All software, source code, designs, screens, workflows, templates, prompts, documentation, videos, website content, and the names and logos MyWebSpace, MudraOS, Saraswati OS, Business OS and MaxMedia belong to MyWebSpace or our licensors and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. No ownership passes to you.
2. What you own
You own the data and content you upload. Output generated for you from your own data, including AI output, is yours to use, subject to applicable law and the terms of the AI providers. We keep ownership of the software, prompts and methods used to produce it.
3. Your licence to use our products
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our products for your own internal business or institutional purposes, in line with your plan and our Terms.
4. Not allowed without our written permission
- Copying, reselling, sublicensing or renting our software or access to it.
- Reverse engineering or decompiling it, except where the law allows.
- Building a competing product from our software, design or content.
- Removing our copyright notices or branding.
- Using our names or logos in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use our products to:
- break any law, including tax, consumer, data protection and IT laws;
- commit fraud, issue fake invoices, or evade taxes;
- upload content you have no right to use, or content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful or harmful to children;
- collect or use other people’s personal data without a lawful basis or consent;
- spread malware, spam or phishing;
- try to access accounts or systems without permission, test our security without written permission, or overload our servers;
- use automated scraping, or bypass usage limits or AI Credit rules;
- use AI features to create deceptive content, impersonate others, or produce content that violates the AI providers’ usage policies.
6. Reporting infringement or abuse
If you believe content on our products infringes your copyright or is unlawful, email admin@mywebspace.in with the subject “IP Complaint” or “Abuse Report”. Include your contact details, a description of the work or issue, where the material is located, and a statement that your complaint is made in good faith and is accurate. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and act as required by law.
7. Enforcement
If this policy is breached, we may remove content, suspend or close accounts, and take legal action where necessary. Except in urgent cases, we will give notice first.
8. Open-source software
Some parts of our products use open-source software under its own licence. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under those licences.
9. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve our products without any obligation to you.

GST: MyWebSpace is not registered under GST, as its turnover is below the registration threshold, so no GST is charged on our prices. If we register in future, applicable GST will be shown at checkout and on invoices.
Products covered by our policies: MudraOS, Saraswati OS, Smart Teacher, Naata, and any other product, module, app or service that MyWebSpace offers now or in future (including Business OS and MaxMedia). Where a product has its own Addendum, that Addendum applies in addition to these policies; if they conflict, the Addendum prevails for that product.
