How MyWebSpace AI Credits Work
Simple, transparent usage for AI-powered business tools.
What are AI Credits?
MyWebSpace AI Credits are usage units for AI-powered features inside the MyWebSpace Business OS.
Credits are used when you ask MyWebSpace to perform AI-powered work such as analysing business information, generating insights, processing documents or using other AI capabilities available with your plan.
Why does AI usage consume credits?
AI tasks are not all the same. A short request may require much less processing than a large document, complex analysis or a task involving multiple AI operations.

Free Account
A Free MyWebSpace account includes useful business tools, but does not include free AI processing.
This allows you to explore MyWebSpace without creating an uncontrolled AI-processing cost for either you or us.
Buy AI Credits When You Need Them
Customers who need additional AI usage can purchase AI Credits separately. This provides flexibility without requiring a higher subscription plan simply because more AI processing is needed.
Important: Credits Are Not Fixed Token Equivalents
MyWebSpace uses credits as a controlled product-usage unit. The amount consumed depends on the actual AI task and the processing required to complete it.
What Happens When You Run Out?
When your available AI Credits are exhausted, AI-powered processing requiring credits will stop until additional credits become available through your plan or you purchase another credit pack.
Important: AI Credits Are Not Rupees
The ₹100 is the price paid to purchase the credit pack. AI Credits themselves are not rupees, currency, cash, stored money or monetary balance. They can only be used for eligible MyWebSpace AI services according to the applicable usage rules.
Our Commitment to Transparency
We do not promise an artificial fixed number of AI jobs per credit because different AI tasks have different processing requirements.
This approach allows MyWebSpace to introduce new AI tools, models and business capabilities without changing the basic meaning of the credit system every time technology changes.
AI Credits Addendum
This Addendum sets the rules for AI Credits in MudraOS and other MyWebSpace products that use them. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
- What credits are. AI Credits are prepaid usage units for AI-powered features. They are not money, currency or a stored balance, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or exchanged.
- Price. The current price is 120 AI Credits for every ₹100, with recharges in multiples of ₹100 (₹100 to ₹500). Paid plans also include a monthly AI Credit allowance, as shown on the plans page. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases only.
- Where to buy. Credits are purchased on mywebspace.in and added to your account after payment is confirmed.
- Free account. A free account includes 0 AI Credits. Non-AI features of MudraOS remain free.
- How credits are used. Each AI task deducts credits based on the work involved, such as the amount of data, files and processing required. One credit is not a fixed number of tokens, words or requests. Your remaining balance updates on your dashboard after each task.
- Credit history. Your current credit balance is shown on your MudraOS dashboard. Credit purchases are processed by our payment gateway, Cashfree, which sends you a payment receipt. We keep a record of your purchases and can share it on request.
- Failed tasks. If a task fails because of an error on our side, the credits deducted for it are returned to your account automatically. If they are not, write to us within 7 days.
- Validity. Purchased credits do not expire. You can use them until they are used up, as long as your account remains active.
- Running out. When your balance reaches zero, AI features stop until you buy more credits. Your data and non-AI features are not affected.
- Refunds. Credits are not refundable once added to your account, except when payment was taken but credits were not added, or for a duplicate payment, as set out in our Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy.
- Account deletion. Unused credits lapse when you delete your account. We show this warning before deletion.
- Misuse. Credits obtained through fraud, payment reversal or misuse may be removed.
AI processing is provided using third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how AI request data is handled.

GST: MyWebSpace is not registered under GST, as its turnover is below the registration threshold, so no GST is charged on our prices. If we register in future, applicable GST will be shown at checkout and on invoices.
Products covered by our policies: MudraOS, Saraswati OS, Smart Teacher, Naata, and any other product, module, app or service that MyWebSpace offers now or in future (including Business OS and MaxMedia). Where a product has its own Addendum, that Addendum applies in addition to these policies; if they conflict, the Addendum prevails for that product.
