This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) governs the ownership, licensing, protection, permitted use, and enforcement of intellectual property associated with MyWebSpace, Business Operating System (“Business OS”), MaxMedia Content Operating System (“MaxMedia”), the MyWebSpace website, software, AI systems, dashboards, documentation, designs, content, and all current and future products and services.

This Policy forms an integral part of the MyWebSpace Terms & Conditions.

By accessing or using any MyWebSpace Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

4. MYWEBSPACE TRADEMARKS

“MyWebSpace,” “Business OS,” “MaxMedia,” together with associated logos, branding, icons, slogans, graphics, and visual identity, are proprietary assets of MyWebSpace unless otherwise indicated.

Nothing in this Policy grants permission to use any trademark without prior written authorization.


5. SOFTWARE LICENSE

Subject to compliance with the Terms & Conditions and applicable agreements, MyWebSpace grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for their internal lawful business purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to Users.


6. RESTRICTIONS

Users shall not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy software
  • Sell software
  • Redistribute software
  • Modify software
  • Reverse engineer
  • Decompile
  • Disassemble
  • Attempt to discover source code
  • Create derivative works
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Remove branding
  • Circumvent security features
  • Create competing products using the Services
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

7. CLIENT CONTENT

Clients retain ownership of content, information, documents, images, videos, databases, branding materials, business records, and other intellectual property uploaded to the Services.

By uploading such content, Clients grant MyWebSpace a limited license to process, store, transmit, analyze, and use the content solely for providing the requested Services.

This license terminates upon deletion of the content or termination of the Services, subject to backup retention, legal obligations, and contractual requirements.


8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Business OS and MaxMedia may generate reports, text, images, videos, summaries, workflows, dashboards, recommendations, and other AI-assisted outputs.

Ownership of AI-generated outputs shall depend upon:

  • Applicable law
  • The nature of the generated content
  • Third-party AI provider terms where applicable
  • Separate written agreements between MyWebSpace and the Client

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MyWebSpace does not claim ownership of final AI-generated business outputs specifically created for a Client using Client-provided information.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and ensuring the legality of AI-generated content before use or publication.


9. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for any content uploaded to the Services.

Users shall not upload content that infringes:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark
  • Patent
  • Design rights
  • Database rights
  • Trade secrets
  • Privacy rights
  • Publicity rights
  • Confidentiality obligations
  • Other intellectual property rights

10. FEEDBACK

Users may voluntarily provide:

  • Suggestions
  • Ideas
  • Recommendations
  • Feature requests
  • Improvements
  • Bug reports
  • Enhancement proposals

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MyWebSpace may use such feedback without restriction and without any obligation to provide compensation or attribution.


11. OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE

Certain components of the Services may include open-source software distributed under their respective licenses.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.

Users agree to comply with all applicable open-source license requirements.


12. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

MyWebSpace respects intellectual property rights and expects Users to do the same.

Where MyWebSpace receives a good-faith allegation of copyright infringement, it may:

  • Investigate the complaint
  • Request additional information
  • Remove allegedly infringing content
  • Restrict access
  • Suspend accounts
  • Terminate Services where appropriate

Pending investigation, MyWebSpace may take temporary measures considered reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.


13. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

Copyright or intellectual property complaints should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material
  • Sufficient information to locate the material
  • Contact details of the complainant
  • A statement of good-faith belief
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate
  • A declaration that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder where applicable

False or fraudulent complaints may result in legal consequences under applicable law.


14. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Certain software architecture, AI methodologies, business processes, documentation, implementation techniques, workflow logic, and technical information constitute confidential and proprietary information of MyWebSpace.

Users agree not to disclose such confidential information except as authorized in writing.


15. BRAND USAGE

Users shall not use the MyWebSpace name, Business OS name, MaxMedia name, logos, trademarks, branding, or marketing materials in any manner suggesting sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written consent.


16. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services may incorporate or integrate third-party software, trademarks, APIs, content, libraries, or technologies.

Ownership of such intellectual property remains with the respective owners.

Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to Users.


17. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted under this Policy are reserved by MyWebSpace and its licensors.

No implied licenses are granted.


18. ENFORCEMENT

MyWebSpace reserves the right to take appropriate legal or technical action against unauthorized use of its intellectual property, including:

  • Account suspension
  • Service termination
  • Removal of infringing content
  • Civil proceedings
  • Criminal complaints where applicable
  • Injunctive relief
  • Recovery of damages
  • Recovery of legal costs where permitted by law

19. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

MyWebSpace reserves the right to modify, amend, revise, or replace this Policy at any time.

Updated versions shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.


20. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the rules governing the acceptable use of MyWebSpace, Business OS, MaxMedia, and all related products and services.


2. PERMITTED USE

Users may use the Services only for lawful business, educational, organizational, administrative, and operational purposes.


3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not use the Services to:
